Bad breath always makes you feel embarrassed. It will lower your confidence level. It’s something immaterial that stands in the way of your easy moving. It can even cause you humiliation so take the problem seriously & attempt few ways to combat the problem.

• To eliminate bad breath brush your teeth twice daily. You can use floss to remove food particles from the inner surface of your mouth.
• Use tongue cleaner to clean your tongue (while brushing your teeth). Because bacteria even exists in your tongue.
• Reduction of saliva (salvia retains the moistness of the mouth) flow can be caused because of dry mouth so drink plenty of water.
• Mouthwash containing traces of chlorine dioxide is useful against bad breath, you can even try it.
• You can chew sugar less gum to get a fresh breath. You can even try mint leaves.
• Be careful about whether you are having any other dental problems or not. Go for monthly dental check-ups.
• A study revealed that cinnamon can overpower bad breath. It can provide a distinctive taste to the gum.
• You can even try out unsweetened green tea to get rid of the problem.
• Before going out avoid consuming garlic, raw onion, salami etc (these will leave a bad smell in your mouth).
• If you are in a restaurant & just can’t excuse yourself, then sip water & disseminate in your mouth. It will assimilate the bad breath.
